Grievance redressal mechanism and procedure are setup to provide opportunity for project affected persons to settle their complaints and grievances amicably. The established grievance redressal mechanism ensures that Project affected persons are provided with appropriate compensation and that all administrative measures are in compliance with the applicable laws.
The Project will be developed on the 35 acres land at the Meghnaghat Complex of BPDB provided to the Company on a long-term lease under the Land Lease Agreement. The power generated by the Project will be evacuated through the existing 400 kV network of Power Grid Company of Bangladesh (PGCB). The Company has secured all necessary approvals and permits and will be commencing construction of the Project shortly.
